Heidi Baker and her husband Rolland began Iris Ministries, Inc. in 1980 and have been missionaries for the past twenty-five years. Heidi is one of the most dynamic communicators and effective modern-day missionaries of our time. In the war-torn, poverty-stricken country of Mozambique, she has experienced God’s miraculous provisions and witnessed the transformed hearts of people caught in desperate life or death situations. ANIA NOSTER

Ania Noster works alongside Heidi Baker as a missionary in Mozambique.  Ania has a passion to see hearts captured by the love of Jesus.  She preaches in the jails and bush villages of Cabo Delgado Mozambique, and ministers in churches and outreaches in the UK, and  US.  Ania carries a powerful anointing  to release the presence of God and draw hearts into His love.

Marci is a prophetic teacher with a passion to see people encounter the love of God.  She believes His love brings transformation and wholeness.  Marci has partnered extensively with Heidi Baker and Iris Ministries in Mozambique.  Steve & Marci have served as pastors of Convergence Church for 20 years.
