2-28-10 - Tom Dermott - Coming Out Of The Shadows
| Being perfect like Jesus doesn’t mean we don’t have issues; it means mature. Though our spirits have been made perfectly righteous before Him, our soul needs to come into alignment. We go to God for forgiveness and to each other for healing. The Church has not always been a safe place to be transparent. The judgment doled out by most so called Christians has not made it feel like a safe place to come into His Light. Darkness is a moral state where you hide secrets, fears and pain, thereby giving Satan the legal right to traffic your life.We are not designed to carry secrets; usually, the secrets carry us.Remaining in the darkness will drain us of the faith, love and grace He has provided for us to get free and stay free. Here at Convergence we have purposed to create a safe, shame-free environment where you are welcomed with open arms of love that will empower you to love. Freely you have received; freely give.(34 min) |

2-21-10 - Ronnie Matheny - If You Wanna Walk On Water, Ya Gotta Get Outta The Boat
| Ronnie and Debbie Matheny are names synonymous with missions in Africa. As a small boy his family began taking mission’s trips to that country. At age 60, his mother lived there for 18 years after her husband’s death to continue their work in the region of Kenya. Recognizing the need to equip the pastors, God opened doors no man could shut to hold Pastor’s Conferences which drew thousands of hungry ministers longing for materials to be placed in their hands to feed their flocks. Ronnie and Debbie’s motto: "Touch the leaders and you touch the church. Touch the church and you touch the nation." In August 2009, the Matheny’s spearheaded the first Youth Conference in Nairobi, Kenya, drawing close to 1,000 young people from all over. Be blessed and catch the fire as Ronnie shares from his heart the miracles that God used to catapult him and his wife into full-time ministry in Nairobi, which is now their permanent home and headquarters for their mission’s ministry. 2-14-10 - Steve Fish - We Are Called To Inherit God's Blessings
| God is raising us up to be an Apostolic Community. The word “Apostle” means “to be sent, or sent one”. That call is taking us to places that we have never gone before, and God is increasing the community of diversity among us. To dwell in harmony together, it is important to walk in honor, embracing each other’s differences. Religion wants to clone us, but here at Convergence we are intentional about focusing on the treasure that He placed in you and calling you up to who God created you to be. Each of us is special and we have been given gifts, but we want to focus on and value you for who the Father created you to be. Whether individually, or as a community, we are a breakthrough people who have been called to inherit a blessing. Let us purpose to walk in a community of blessing, and then impart that to the world to shatter former curses. (52 min.) |

2-7-10 - Steve Fish - We Are Created To Take Dominion
| As the church, we are to fulfill a commission to destroy the works of the enemy, exercising dominion in establishing His Kingdom on Earth as it is in Heaven. Like Joash in II Kings, we may be having trouble stepping into a new season God wants to take us into. We must learn to recognize the shift that is taking place and let go of the old in order to come into the new. Religious spirits gather around past moves of God, but in Isaiah 43:19, we are admonished “…don’t call to mind the former things, because God is doing a new thing.” It is death to what God wants to establish in your life when your memories are stronger than your dreams. Shoot God’s arrow into your circumstances so it may go the distance and open the Heavens over you for the victory He has set in place for you. (59 min.) |

1-31-10 - Steve Fish - The Parable of Shrewd Dude
| When Jesus commanded Peter to walk to Him on the water, Peter didn’t check the wind velocity, water depth, or analyze himself into disobedience. The Lord desired that Peter take the mandate He had given to him, wrap faith around it and go for it! Like the man in Luke 16 who was not managing his master’s estate well, God has given us things in our life to steward for Kingdom purpose. Thankfully, there is Grace to cover those things we may have neglected thus far, but we do not have to be locked into that place of failure. There is an action to be taken NOW to reclaim that territory! We must take a risk – step out – and receive the vision He wants to fill us with as we allow His creative presence to fill us! Then we must record it so that all who read it may hasten towards it. We are destined to reign with Christ and He is handing us the scepter to do so. (15 min) |

01-24-10 - Marci Fish - Living In The Place Of Sacrifice
| The Banyan tree is sturdy and unique in that its intricate root system is above ground, but nourished deeply beneath the surface of the Earth. As Christians, corporately and in relationship with one another, we are the expression of the Body of Christ here on Earth. Our “Tree” is native to an Upside Down Kingdom. Every "branch" of this tree is important and remains healthy as we stay continually connected to Christ and one another. “Presenting ourselves to God, a holy and living sacrifice”, we are to urge one another onto maturity. Transformation takes place in the Spiritual realm when we immerse ourselves deep in the Word of God, thus forming a root system that reaches Heavenward. Like the Banyan tree, “we shall be like a tree firmly planted by the streams of water, ready to bring forth fruit in its season; its leaf shall not wither; and everything he does shall prosper and come to maturity.” (48 min.) |

1-17-10 - Steve Fish - Stewarding His Manifold Grace
| The emphasis of 1 Peter 4:7-11 is stewardship of servant-hood to the Lord Jesus Christ. It is time to grow up in the area of relationships; first with Him, and then with those whom the Lord loves and has called according to His purposes. We are brokers of His Kingdom in these areas of service described in this passage. Peter was not telling us we need to do more; it is about more of Him doing it through us. The Holy Spirit is compelling us to become more focused on His empowering presence doing in and through us everything He created us for and called us to achieve! (50 min) |

1-10-10 - Steve Fish - Stepping Into Our Inheritance
| God was aligning us in 2009 to grab hold of our inheritance in 2010. Our job is to discover how far the boundaries of our inheritance reach, and then step beyond what we see in the natural realm. Survey your land and mark your territory. Put a line around it and claim it as your own according to the vision God gives you by taking action to acquire what belongs to you. As others watch you walk these things out, you will be releasing an impartation for them to walk in it as well, thereby becoming the embodiment of your prophetic destiny. (65 min)

1-3-10 - Steve Fish - Advancing In God
| God wants to blast us with Holy Spirit anointing to the point of “drunkenness”. Saturation in the New Wine will transform us to transform the earth and change nations. If by His Holy Spirit we have our life in God, then let us live and walk in perfect step with Him. The outward evidence to the work which His presence within accomplishes will produce an abundance of fruit. Being thankful for, but not locked into the past, we are excited and anticipating what is yet to come! (78 min) |

12-27-09 - Steve Fish - Stepping Into The Future
| God is excited about the plans He has for our future, and He is not anxious or nervous about seeing them established. As we walk in perfect step with the Holy Spirit, we are going to see things in people while they are still in infancy form. In Luke 2, Simeon was “looking for the Consolation of Israel” with expectancy because the Holy Spirit told Him he would not see death until he did. We don’t have to figure it all out on our own; only get in the River and let Revelation wash over us. (49 min.) |

12-20-09 - C. Douglas White - It's Still The Greatest Story Ever Told!
| From Genesis to Revelation, God pens the most magnificent Love Story ever told. This “pearl of great price” is a Treasure worth searching for in the pages of God’s Word to be passed on for an inheritance to all future generations! His desire for eternal relationship with us drove Him to bankrupt Heaven to secure it. Mighty God to fragile baby in a lowly manger lies with a vision of the Cross before Him. Redemption from the evil that separated us from Him in Genesis empowered us in Revelation to overcome by the blood of the Lamb! No wonder this Book is still Number One on the best sellers list! 12-13-09 - God Is Looking For A Dwelling Place - Steve Fish
| We are no longer isolated aliens and strangers in a foreign land. The correct foundation for us to build upon is that of the apostles and prophets, with Jesus as our chief Cornerstone. In building a house, the stones must be compacted together for the structure to be strong and sturdy, able to weather the storms. When the Body is fitly joined together, we become a dwelling place that’s capable of housing the Presence of the Lord, and creating an atmosphere that affects change to all its parts. (58 min) |

11-29-09 - Rick & Judy Montgomery - It's All About the Lamb!
| The Lord wants to withdraw all the fiery darts of the enemy that have caused us deep inner wounding. A wounded child responds with bitterness, which leads to self-centeredness, self-denial and self-protection. We build walls around our own heart to protect ourselves. It’s all about the Lamb! He is going after the root of the problem, utterly cutting off the enemy forever. He desires to restore us to His original intent, releasing the apostolic voice He is giving us for this region.
