EVENT APPROVAL – INITIATIVE APPROVAL – BUILDING USE – PROMOTIONS – PRODUCTION
Please note that this form is a request and your approval and/or building reservation is not confirmed until you hear from a Convergence staff member. Each requested Convergence Ministry will respond with an approval or denial depending up the policy of that department within 2 weeks of your submission. Forms must be received within the following time frame: At least 12 months for Regional Events or Retreats and at least 6 months for In-House Events or New Recurring Event proposals.
1. We do our best to provide all the services requested however many of our services are provided by volunteers therefore approval in each area will be based on availability.
2.If you have not heard from one our department administrators within 2 weeks please contact that department directly with the emails provided and CC: admin@convergencechurch.com
