Additional Care

If you are hurting, feeling stuck emotionally, or needing spiritual support, we’d like to be there for you. We want to lift you up and support you spiritually and practically.  Convergence provides care through small group settings and one-on-one ministry. Convergence pastors and lay leaders are not licensed counselors. If additional emotional and spiritual support is needed, we will recommend professional Biblical counseling through a number of available resources. If you are in need of marital or premarital support, both partners must fill out this form individually.

Please note that certain Convergence Care services are only available to Convergence Church members.
